In 2008, I embarked on a significant journey when I assumed the role of District Officer Education (SEMIS & Planning) in District Matiari. This position presented me with a unique opportunity to address a critical gap in the dissemination of educational data within the newly established District Matiari. Recognizing the importance of having a centralized platform to present and analyze data related to the Education Department, I understood that effective data management was essential for informed decision-making and strategic planning.

As the District Officer Education (SEMIS & Planning), my primary responsibilities revolved around the systematic collection of data from various schools within the district. This involved not only gathering information but also organizing it into a comprehensive database that could be easily accessed and utilized. The ability to retrieve pertinent information from this database was crucial for monitoring educational progress, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that resources were allocated effectively.

To fulfill this need for a structured data presentation, I took the initiative to create the website matiari.edu.pk. This platform became a repository for all the educational data I had compiled at that time, serving as a valuable resource for educators, policymakers, and the community at large. The website aimed to enhance transparency and accessibility of information, allowing stakeholders to engage with the data and make informed decisions regarding educational strategies and initiatives.

However, my career took a new direction when I was reassigned to a college position, which led to the discontinuation of the matiari.edu.pk website. In its place, I launched two new websites: matiari.net and badarzaman.com. The former, matiari.net, was designed to house the data from the original site, ensuring that the information remained accessible to those who needed it. Meanwhile, badarzaman.com was created as my personal website, where I could share insights, reflections, and updates about my professional journey.

After my retirement, I decided to shut down matiari.net, focusing my efforts on maintaining badarzaman.com. This website has since become a platform for me to share personal information, insights about the District Matiari based on my extensive knowledge and experience, and details regarding my professional endeavors. I welcome visitors to engage with the content and share their thoughts or suggestions. For any inquiries or feedback, I encourage them to reach out to me via email at badarzamanshah@gmail.com. Through this platform, I hope to continue contributing to the educational landscape of Matiari and fostering a sense of community among those interested in the region’s development.
