- District Officer Education (Academic and Training) 2005 to 2008
- District Officer Education (SEMIS and Planning) from 2008 to 2013
- Collaborated with various non-governmental organizations, including the Aga Khan Foundation, Hands, Shades, Saga, and SAIF, at both district and provincial levels to enhance educational standards.
- Actively represented District Matiari at numerous symposiums, seminars, and workshops throughout Pakistan.
- To enhance the quality of education, organized union council-wise meetings with the head teachers of primary, middle, and high schools.
- Conducted Central Local Annual Examinations every year for classes I to VIII.
- Worked with ESRA USAID to train the teachers.
- Served as ESRA USAID focal person for DIG III (District Improvement Grant) program.
- Developed two-year (2006-2008) and five-year (2006-2010) literacy initiatives for District Matiari.
- Efforts were made on the District Literacy Program, resulting in the establishment of 14 Adult Literacy Centers specifically for women across various villages in District Matiari.
- Developed the ‘SDSSP’ plan for Matiari covering the years 2005 to 2008.
- Acted as focal person of RSU (Reform Support Unit) Education and Literacy Department for SERP program through which Rs.100 million were allocated for lacking facilities in primary schools of District Matiari Sindh.
- Organized training workshops periodically to address the diverse capacity-building needs of District Education Officers (DOEs), Assistant District Education Officers (ADOEs), Deputy District Education Officers (DDOEs), supervisors, head teachers, and teachers.
- In the year 2006, 1350 officers (from grade 17 to 20) passed the examination and interview with flying colors conducted by the Education and Literacy Department of the Government of Sindh.
- Trained 263 Presiding Officers (Grade 17 to 20) of District Matiari as Master Trainer of UNDP and Election Commission of Pakistan for General Election 2008.
- Worked on Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking Project of Asian Development Bank in collaboration with NIPA Karachi.
- Worked with the British Council on the ‘Connecting Classrooms’ project.
- Conducted subject-wise training for 360 HSTs.
- Established Disaster Management Education Cell at the district level in collaboration with local and national level NGOs.

Created the website www.matiari.edu.pk in 2008, where all the official information of the District Matiari was published.
After returning to College Side in 2013, it ended, and created another website www.matiari.net on which the same information was published.
But now that I am retiring, I have closed it and now I have launched my personal website www.badarzaman.com, which contains only my personal and family information.
Work for Improvement and Promotion of Government Boys Degree College Matiari As Principal
Cleaned the garbage from the entire college.
Arrange NO PARKING spaces in front of the main gate of the college
Painted the classrooms and the veranda.
Raised the main gates and made it possible to open and close.
Built the main roads from the main gates
Build a new park
Stopped the movement of outsiders in the college.
Evacuated the post-graduate center building of the college which had been occupied for 15 years by other departments.
Purchased the latest computer and all-in-one printer for the Principal office
All the printers of the college were set up

Streetlights were installed throughout the college
After the heavy rains in August 2022, the standing water on 7 acres in the college was immediately removed, classes started, and the parks were restored.
A science, cultural, and book fair was held from December 20 to December 22, 2022, in which students and citizens of the entire Matiari district participated, and on the last day was fixed for women where ladies from the entire city visited.
Organize a picnic for the college staff
Took full part in the Science and Culture fair conducted by College Education Department Sindh and won positions.
Actively participated in the sports programs organized by the College Education Department Sindh.
Planted 500 plants and trees
A 500 feet boundary wall was approved and constructed on the south side of the college
The boundary on the north side and west sides of the college was approved and built.
Water RO Plant
Large 16 X 4 feet whiteboards were installed in the classrooms
Purchased a full-size portable audionic sound system for the college
After clearing the three and a half hundred feet long and fifty feet wide part, which has been a garbage dump for a long time, put soil and sand on it and made a park.

After the death of my elder brother, I was nominated and elected as President of Jamia Masjid and Jamia Madersa Matiari Trust in January 2000. since then I am working for the Masjid.
